The Coalition of Professional Medical Associations for TB Elimination, Kerala brings together eighteen professional medical bodies on one platform, with one shared goal: a Kerala free from tuberculosis.

Tuberculosis does not stay within one specialty. It reaches the paediatrician, the chest physician, the surgeon, the obstetrician, the dermatologist and the general practitioner alike. The Coalition was formed so that all of them can act together.
Through expert talks, awareness campaigns, training sessions and updates on the National TB Elimination Programme (NTEP), we aim to empower healthcare professionals and the public with accurate, timely and actionable information.
Working alongside Kerala’s State TB Cell, we connect government and private practitioners, medical teachers and specialist societies, so that every patient with TB is found early, treated well and supported to recovery.
